Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file that a site stores in your browser to remember something between visits. Besides cookies, we use the browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way; in this policy we call both "cookies".

On the Exhibe website, in the web application (the dashboard) and in the public storefronts that merchants publish with Exhibe. The iOS and Android mobile applications do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3.1. Necessary: session cookies (sb-…) keep you signed in. Without them you cannot sign in.

3.2. Preferences: the exhibe_lang cookie remembers the language you chose on the site, for one year.

3.3. Analytics (PostHog): the ph_…_posthog cookie, which lasts up to one year, and data in local storage keep a random identifier for your browser to measure how the service is used and, in public storefronts, to record the session as described in section 3.18 of the Privacy Policy.

3.4. Advertising (Meta): only on Exhibe’s own website pages —the home page, pricing, sign-up and sign-in, and the Academy—, the Meta Pixel sets the _fbp cookie and tells Meta which pages are visited and when someone creates an Exhibe account, to measure and improve Exhibe’s ads. It is not used in merchants’ storefronts or inside the web application.

3.5. Diagnostics: Sentry receives error reports from the web application, without recording the session.

3.6. Third-party services: the delivery tracking page loads Google Maps, which may use its own cookies under Google’s policy, and academy videos load from YouTube only when you tap play.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings or with a content blocker. If you block session cookies, you will not be able to sign in; if you block analytics or advertising cookies, Exhibe keeps working the same.

Each change to this policy is a new version, published with its date. If you have an account, we will ask you to accept it the next time you sign in, as explained in section 12 of the Terms and Conditions.
