What they bought and when

Step by step

   Open Customers and tap someone’s name to open their record.

   Below you have their Order history.

   You see what they bought, when, and how much they have spent in total under Amount spent.

   Use it before writing to them: someone who bought the same thing three times will thank you for a heads-up when it is back in.

   It works the other way too: a customer who has not returned in months is the one worth sending a promo to.
