Charging at the counter

Step by step

   From the panel home tap Go to the POS.

   Find the product by typing its name, or scan its code with Scan.

   The scanner uses your camera. The first time, the browser will ask permission: grant it, or the camera will not open.

   Tap the product to add it. If you got the quantity wrong, adjust it with the plus and minus buttons.

   To record who you sold to, fill in the customer field. It is optional: for a counter sale you can leave it empty.

   Choose how they pay. If they use two methods, switch on Split payment (2 or more methods).

   If they pay cash, enter what they handed you and the app works out the Change.

7. 7

   Close with Confirm sale.

   The sale is recorded and stock goes down just as if it had come from the storefront. You are not keeping two sets of books.

   If your customer wants the receipt, send it with 📄 Send the receipt over WhatsApp.
