Before a customer gets one, send it to yourself: it is the only way to know how it looks from the other side.

Open your own storefront, add a product to the cart and place the order as if you were a buyer.

Go back to the panel, open Orders and confirm that test order.

The app builds the message with the receipt and your payment details and opens the chat. Read it all before you hit send.
Exhibe never sends messages on its own. You review the text and you send it, so you can change whatever you want.

To adjust how the conversation starts when someone taps your WhatsApp on the storefront, edit it in Business profile WhatsApp opening message.
