When someone orders from your storefront, a notification lands on your phone.
If none arrive, check that you gave the app permission to send notifications when it asked.

Open it from the menu, under Orders.

Review it and confirm. Only then is stock subtracted and the message for your customer built.

Selling in person? No need to wait for anyone: open and charge from there Go to POS.
A counter sale is recorded just like a storefront one and draws from the same stock. You are not keeping two sets of books.
